About the role

Integer Development, SRL is seeking a full‑time hybrid Controller to join its finance team. Based in San José with occasional on‑site work in Guanacaste, the role combines office presence with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop, monitor and report on budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll processes.
• Conduct financial analysis, internal audits and support external auditors.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to guarantee proper financial reporting.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and budgeting.
• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis and audits.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA is a plus.
• Experience in real‑estate or construction sectors is advantageous.
• Fluent English and willingness to spend time onsite in Guanacaste.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced use of the MS Office Suite.
