Continuous Improvement Lead

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our organization. You will work with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes, eliminate waste and boost both productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives across all regions.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and Kaizen events, both large‑group and small‑group.
• Conduct data‑driven root‑cause analysis and track project metrics using statistical methods.
• Provide expert guidance on scientific problem‑solving and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Create and deliver executive‑level presentations while managing multiple high‑impact projects.
• Identify and implement AI‑based automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process optimisation using advanced data analysis tools and Microsoft Visio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous‑improvement experience in a corporate setting.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proven track record leading regional and global LSS initiatives.
• Experience automating repetitive tasks with AI‑based tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all organisational levels.
• Excellent project‑management and facilitation capabilities.
