Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

Roofing Solutions is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join its remote team based in Costa Rica. The role supports the successful delivery of commercial roofing projects through detailed planning, quality assurance, scheduling, cost control and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, analyse specifications and manage scope changes.
• Lead quality‑assurance processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain and update project schedules, coordinating activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and keep accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Track project costs, manage budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Facilitate clear communication with team members, subcontractors and clients.
• Identify potential issues, propose corrective actions and resolve problems promptly.
• Oversee material procurement, logistics and subcontractor management.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Degree in construction project management, engineering, architecture or civil engineering.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
