Comprador(a) Junior – Zona Franca Evolution

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to ensure the timely and efficient supply of indirect items required for our operations in the Zona Franca Evolution area. The role involves managing purchases, inventory, and coordinating material flow to support field activities while adhering to quality, occupational health, finance, and corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and track purchase orders in the current Procurement Management System.
• Receive and record incoming materials in the system.
• Engage with suppliers to evaluate market proposals and recommend beneficial options.
• Create, register, and monitor purchase orders from issuance to closure.
• Analyze prices, delivery times, and commercial terms.
• Produce monthly reports and KPIs covering cyclic counts, expenses, order status, deliveries, and shortages.
• Provide support for user requests such as new entries, deletions, queries, purchases, improvements, and expense control reports.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer in a free‑zone industrial environment.
• Prior experience with purchases related to building maintenance.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
