Complaints Management Associate

About the role

Accenture is seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical and customer‑focused Complaints Management Associate to investigate and resolve consumer complaints received through regulatory channels such as the CFPB and BBB. The role blends strong written communication with a risk‑and‑compliance mindset to ensure timely, accurate responses that meet legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research, document and resolve complaints submitted to regulatory agencies, identifying underlying issues.
• Maintain urgency and consistency while following established policies and procedures.
• Analyze complaints using strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Draft clear, concise written responses to regulators, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Identify emerging trends and potential compliance risks, escalating them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Customer Service teams to resolve complex cases and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and resolutions in line with regulatory and company requirements.
• Manage resolution timelines to meet strict regulatory deadlines and internal service level agreements.
• Stay up‑to‑date on evolving regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a solid risk and compliance perspective.
• Background in financial services, compliance or regulatory complaint management.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
