Compensation Analyst

About the role

Workday’s Total Rewards team is looking for a Compensation Analyst to serve as a trusted resource on all compensation matters. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners to ensure our compensation programs are market‑competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for compensation questions, delivering clear and timely guidance.
• Support stakeholders on complex job offers, retention cases, and salary negotiations.
• Conduct annual and ad‑hoc benchmarking analyses to keep job profiles, levels, and pay ranges current.
• Maintain and update Workday’s global job architecture, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Provide data‑driven insights to inform compensation decisions and policy updates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and insight generation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex compensation concepts clearly.
• Collaborative and curious attitude, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in compensation analysis, job architecture, or related HR functions.
