Community Experience Manager

About the role

The Community Experience Manager will be the central point for owners, residents, rental operators, amenity teams and construction crews at Senderos, a premium residential community in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Reporting to Developer Partners and Integer Development, the role focuses on safeguarding and enhancing the ownership, habitation and visitation experience while protecting asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for owners, tracking, categorising and resolving complaints and concerns.
• Monitor owner sentiment, produce monthly reports and coordinate consistent communication on construction impacts, policy enforcement, infrastructure updates and community initiatives.
• Oversee construction‑phase site cleanliness, traffic, dust, noise and safety, escalating compliance issues when needed.
• Collaborate with HOA administrators, rental managers and amenity operators (Beach Club and future Valley Club) to identify and resolve cross‑operator friction.
• Ensure experience continuity across all touch‑points while respecting governance boundaries.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience in residential community, property or HOA environments is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on reducing friction and increasing owner advocacy.
