Client Service Support Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Client Service Support Consultant to provide comprehensive assistance to our Client Services team. The role focuses on managing FICO special use and pricing requests, reviewing client marketing materials, and supporting debt settlement services while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for all special FICO requests and manage related legal letters.
• Support internal and external stakeholders, including Equifax sales, product managers, and fulfillment managers.
• Maintain and consolidate reports, tracking spreadsheets, and royalty reporting for offline projects.
• Enter FICO contracts and manage related database records.
• Review client prescreen, pre‑qualification and pre‑approval materials for FCRA compliance and Equifax policy adherence.
• Monitor multiple client service mailboxes, prioritize requests, and respond promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, client services, or a compliance‑driven operational role, preferably within financial services.
• Strong understanding of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to apply detailed, rule‑based processes to audit client marketing materials.
• Experience liaising between internal departments (Sales, Product, Legal) and external partners such as FICO.
