Client Relations Representative – Move Coordinator

About the role

The Client Relations Representative, also known as a Move Coordinator, acts as the primary liaison between Roadway Moving and its customers after a sale is booked. You will ensure clients understand the services they will receive, confirm move details, and provide support throughout the entire moving process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with sales representatives, clients, and operations personnel to share pertinent information.
• Introduce yourself as the Move Coordinator to booked clients and serve as their main point of contact from confirmation call to move completion.
• Confirm addresses, services, dates, and times with clients prior to the move.
• Assist clients with Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and forward them to the COI team.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues during and after the move, and escalate damages to the Claims process.
• Maintain consistent attendance and professional behavior aligned with Roadway values.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of client‑relations experience, preferably with a U.S. company.
• Experience in the household goods moving or storage industry.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear, concise communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and a team player.
