Call Center Validation Agent (Remote)

About the role

The Call Center Validation Agent will work remotely to verify business information through outbound calls and online research. You will ensure that data about companies is accurate and reliable, supporting TransUnion’s data quality initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B phone calls to validate business details.
• Conduct web searches to supplement and confirm information.
• Maintain high data quality by reviewing and analyzing collected attributes.
• Meet individual and team targets, as well as call handling metrics.
• Follow company procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
• Adapt priorities as needed and collaborate with teammates.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills (B2+ or C1) with active listening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to type at least 20 wpm with accurate data entry.
• Availability to work 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience working remotely and managing time independently.
