C# .NET Mid Software Developer – Professional Services

About the role

The Professional Services team delivers online banking solutions, handling everything from pre‑sales support to deployment. As a C# .NET Mid Software Developer, you will work on enhancements and extensions for our products, collaborating with analysts, quality engineers, and a technical lead.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality code using .NET, SQL Server, React and related web technologies.
• Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and adhere to architectural standards.
• Design and implement complete features from technical specifications.
• Debug, fix bugs and clarify ambiguous requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, gather requirements and provide technical consultancy.
• Create technical design documents and other high‑quality documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reference materials and seek peer reviews.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate development, deployment and automation.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Intermediate understanding of common programming algorithms and object‑oriented design principles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well with stakeholders.
