Business Development Representative

About the role

The Business Development Representative Level I will maintain customer relationships, drive vendor initiatives, support partner enablement, and manage vendor pipelines while becoming a subject‑matter expert on TD SYNNEX products and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and build relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
• Drive vendor initiatives and support partner enablement activities, collaborating with internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of vendor products, programs, and industry trends.
• Track and manage the vendor pipeline, qualifying leads and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Participate in sales team account planning and review processes.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of relevant experience; associate’s degree preferred, high school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel, work non‑standard hours, and adapt under pressure.
