Business Development Representative II

About the role

The Business Development Representative Level II will maintain customer relationships, drive vendor initiatives, and support partner enablement activities. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, you will help grow and enable partners through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing primary point of contact for consultations and support.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
• Support partner enablement by delivering vendor training and guidance on product and program knowledge.
• Track and manage the vendor pipeline, qualifying leads and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement areas and implement result‑driving strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience; associate’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and handle prolonged phone use.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work non‑standard hours occasionally.
