Blackline System Analyst II

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Blackline System Analyst II to join our Blackline Center of Excellence. The analyst will support the Global Process Owner team and help drive end‑to‑end process optimization within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Blackline Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance and support to end users.
• Manage Blackline change requests, including user access and master‑data updates.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of all Blackline modules.
• Support implementations and enhancements across reconciliation, journals, and task modules.
• Maintain SOX IT compliance by performing required system controls.
• Analyze existing R2R processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Work closely with RTR Global Process Owner, IT, PPI, and Automation teams on process and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Record to Report processes.
• Proven experience as a BlackLine Administrator with functional knowledge of Reconciliations, Tasks, and Journals.
• Intellectual curiosity, proactive learning attitude, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
