About the role
The Billings Specialist creates invoices and credit memos in Oracle, ensures accurate coding and approval, and supports monthly billing and SOX compliance. This hybrid position works closely with sales, collections, and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Create invoices and credits from complex international agreements in the accounting system.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and resolve billing questions with sales and collections.
- Analyze billing issues, issue refunds, and make adjustments.
- Assist with billing reports, reconciliations, and special projects.
- Collaborate on billing policies, process improvements, and SOX documentation.
Required profile
- 2+ years of billing or accounting experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Windows‑based applications.
