Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a fast‑growing startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will leverage your leadership experience to keep the executive’s day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, email inbox, travel arrangements and expense reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, events and internal communications across time zones.
• Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, reports and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare operational reports.
• Facilitate cross‑functional projects and ensure timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools.

• Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
