Bilingual Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

Viva is seeking a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a senior executive at a US or Canadian startup. The role is fully remote and open to candidates located in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will leverage your leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and reports.
• Conduct data analysis and support project coordination across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or customer‑service role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work proactively and handle ambiguity without supervision.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and a strong interest in AI tools.
