About the role
We are looking for a bilingual virtual executive assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua. You will work closely with the executive to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting and event planning.
- Streamline internal workflows, create and maintain SOPs, documentation and reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision‑making and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
- Facilitate internal communication and ensure seamless coordination among teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer or Account Manager.
- Fluent English (C1 level) – both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Experience of at least one role with a tenure of two years or more.

- Base salary $1,200 USD per month, up to $1,600 USD total with bi‑annual raises.
