Bilingual Sales Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Associate to drive customer engagement and generate new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, showcasing the value of our products and services across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Adopt a customer‑first approach to uncover business objectives and maximize value.
• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, video and social media.
• Identify alternative contacts using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk‑targeting methods.
• Follow mandatory sales cadences and meet all response‑time SLAs.
• Maintain an active pipeline, moving prospects through each stage of the funnel.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Hand off qualified leads to the onboarding team and track progress.
• Report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to support sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous learning.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 1.5+ years in B2B consultative sales or account management.
• Experience in new‑business acquisition, cold calling, lead generation and qualification.
• Fluent in English (B2+ level) and able to communicate bilingually.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Proven ability to unlock budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing start‑up environment and able to work independently.
