Bilingual Property Manager (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Property Manager who is fluent in French and English to oversee our long‑term rental portfolio. This remote, full‑time position involves managing day‑to‑day operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a portfolio of long‑term rental properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, owners, and vendors in both French and English.
• Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, lease renewals, and terminations.
• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
• Work with maintenance vendors and contractors to complete repairs efficiently.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and maintain tenant documentation.
• Prepare operational and occupancy reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local property‑management regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in long‑term or residential property management.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, and property operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property‑management software.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment.
