Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) – Remote

About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual specialist to provide voice and chat support to our diverse customer base. You will work remotely, handling inquiries in both Spanish and English while delivering fast, effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via inbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick resolutions.
- Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to refine service processes.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
- Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
- Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
