About the role

Intel’s Global Benefits and Retirement Programs team is seeking a Benefits and Retirement Specialist to support the Great America Region from Costa Rica. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, global environment, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute benefits and retirement processes for the Great America Region.
• Provide expert support for employee inquiries and resolve system discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Program Offices to improve program design and employee experience.
• Generate complex reports, support payments, and manage purchase order submissions.
• Apply analytical thinking to enhance process quality, efficiency, and automation.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HR Global Operations teams.
• Contribute to global quality, customer service, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR support or benefits administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑service mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
