About the role

Dos Pinos is looking for a Plant Helper to support the production process of dairy products. The role involves performing operational tasks that ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing, packaging, and handling of products.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Package, arrange, and prepare finished products for storage and distribution.
• Visually inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Handle and safeguard materials and products responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in processing areas, equipment, and tools.
• Support safety, quality, food‑safety, and environmental management standards.
• Report any issues that could affect quality, safety, or operational continuity.
• Use assigned equipment and tools responsibly.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Desirable experience in operational, manufacturing or production tasks.
• Desirable knowledge of good manufacturing practices and food safety.
• Possibility of requiring a Food Handling Card for specific areas.
• Team‑player attitude, initiative, service orientation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and maintain good interpersonal relations.

• Food handling certification (if required)
