Aviation Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Aviation Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for global aviation clients, handling high‑volume phone and email inquiries. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate support for fuel‑related requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and emails from aviation customers worldwide.
• Provide real‑time assistance, resolving urgent issues with professionalism.
• Monitor fuel availability and communicate any disruptions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, Supply, and Billing teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Support customer accounts and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Adapt communication style to serve a diverse, global clientele.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in high‑volume customer service, call centre, hospitality, airline or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Valid passport and ability to work independently or within a team.
