About the role

The Cleaning Assistant (Shift A) works in a medical building, maintaining cleanliness in common areas, external zones, clean rooms and other controlled environments. The role follows strict hygiene, safety and regulatory standards required by the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mopping, vacuuming, polishing, brushing and disinfecting of surfaces such as furniture, floors, walls, windows and designated controlled areas.
• Comply with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) procedures, internal policies and medical‑industry standards.
• Complete required documentation following Good Documentation Practices.
• Adhere to company dress code, especially for entry into clean rooms.
• Supply cleaning products to various areas as needed.
• Properly use, clean and store cleaning equipment.
• Handle and dispose of waste according to company and medical‑industry guidelines.
• Report any damage or repair needs promptly.
• Support team members and assist with business‑related events.
• Maintain the work area using the 5S order‑and‑cleanliness program.

Required profile

• Basic literacy and numeracy (read, write, simple math).
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg, move continuously during the shift and use stairs frequently.
• Flexibility to work rotating or flexible schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret safety labels and chemical instructions.
• At least 1 year of similar cleaning experience (preferred).
• Primary education completed.

Required skills

• Operation of cleaning equipment.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Compliance with EHS regulations.
