Audience Management Lead Analyst – Marketing

About the role

The Audience Management Lead Analyst will join Citi's Audience Management team, focusing on lending‑targeted marketing offers to existing customers. The role involves managing special projects, developing marketing packages, evaluating waterfalls, and overseeing offer implementation across multiple online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage offer targeting and implementation across various channels, educating marketing partners on new toolsets and best‑in‑class campaign strategies.
• Provide insight‑driven recommendations to optimise strategies, enhance operational processes, and ensure successful campaign execution.
• Directly oversee day‑to‑day operations of a critical list‑processing vendor and collaborate closely with internal IT, Marketing Program Managers, Analytics, and Risk teams.
• Act as a technical consultant, bridging business strategy with implementation on the proprietary Citi Marketing Platform, including coding and testing scenarios.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in digital or database marketing, preferably within financial services.
• Strong analytical background with experience in quantitative techniques such as report analysis, decision trees, and exploratory data analysis.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional, cross‑geographic teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory environments in highly controlled settings.
