Associate Tax LATAM

About the role

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking an Associate Tax professional to support its Latin America (LATAM) agencies. The role focuses on indirect and direct tax compliance, reporting and transfer pricing, working closely with tax supervisors and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file monthly and annual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist the Tax Supervisor with tax planning initiatives, analyzing tax impacts of transactions and supporting implementation of tax‑efficient strategies.
• Provide tax advisory support to LATAM CFOs and other stakeholders on proposed transactions, investments, restructurings and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely compliance with transfer pricing requirements, including preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation.
• Participate in special tax projects such as process improvements, tax audits, regulatory implementations and business transformation activities.
• Identify potential tax contingencies, propose action plans and monitor changes in tax regulations.
• Contribute to the transition and unification of tax processes to maintain operational continuity.

Required profile

• Advanced university studies (at least 80% completed) in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance processes.
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level (oral and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
