About the role
The Associate Sewer supports manufacturing and production activities by performing sewing tasks on valve assemblies in a clean‑room environment. The role follows established procedures, SOPs and records traceable information on device history records.
Key responsibilities
- Use tools such as needles, scissors, forceps, specialized tooling and a microscope to perform assigned sewing steps in rotation.
- Verify completed steps against specifications and conduct successive checks on colleagues' work.
- Follow job functions in compliance with work instructions, SOPs and clean‑room guidelines.
- Maintain general housekeeping of the work area and adhere to attendance requirements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work full 8‑hour shifts with regular attendance.
- Willingness to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sewing tools: needles, scissors, forceps, microscope.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
