Associate, Repair

About the role

We are looking for an Associate, Repair to join our production team. In this entry‑level position you will support the set‑up, calibration, testing and repair of electronic assemblies and electromechanical products, following engineering specifications and detailed drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate electronic sub‑assemblies and electromechanical products.
• Perform functional testing using various test equipment and record results.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty components according to blueprints, diagrams and written instructions.
• Document test outcomes and summarize findings for engineering review.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of general work experience; 1 year of functional experience in a repair or manufacturing environment is strongly desired.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronic testing equipment.
• Basic understanding of calibration and troubleshooting procedures.
