Associate Project Manager I

About the role

As an Associate Project Manager I you will support PATH and Tier 1 or maintenance projects, working under the guidance of a PWS NA Group Manager or mentor. You will gain hands‑on experience in project execution while ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project management processes such as TP2000 (PATH) and TP3000, and occasionally manage small‑scale Tier 1 projects.
• Coordinate project activities including order entry, execution, documentation, invoicing and subscription tracking.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change notices, logs) and ensure proper project closure.
• Support resource planning, forecasting, procurement tracking and risk management.
• Facilitate change‑management communication and collaborate with internal teams and customers, including on‑site support when required.
• Contribute to field activities, commissioning support and safety‑quality culture adherence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or related project roles (engineering, proposals, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of project management execution processes and phases.
• Understanding of project fundamentals: scope, schedule, cost baseline and contract terms.
• Familiarity with TP2000 (PATH) and TP3000 tools.
