Asistente preescolar bilingüe

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual preschool assistant to support the lead teacher in delivering a safe, organized and bilingual learning environment for our early‑year students.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering pedagogical activities.
• Provide individual or group support to students during lessons, reinforcing English and Spanish content as needed.
• Help supervise student behavior positively and manage classroom routines.
• Organize and maintain teaching materials, resources and classroom spaces.
• Record attendance, homework and communicate basic information with families.
• Support hygiene, organization and autonomy habits, and supervise students during recess, lunch and arrivals/departures.
• Identify and report academic, emotional or behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate in school events, projects and institutional activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and school coexistence regulations.
