Asesor Comercial – Sector Logístico

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Advisor specialized in the logistics sector to drive business growth by acquiring, developing and retaining corporate clients. The role focuses on promoting multimodal logistics solutions—including land, sea, air and last‑mile services—and supporting customers in optimizing their supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers, expanding the company’s corporate portfolio.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continuity and upsell opportunities.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling possibilities within the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare and present competitive commercial proposals tailored to each client’s logistics needs.
• Follow up quotations, negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing and Finance to ensure proper service delivery.
• Keep client, opportunity and negotiation data up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, chambers and networking activities to strengthen the company’s market position.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and emerging client needs to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or commercial development experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain services.
• Proven track record in prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Experience managing client portfolios and generating new accounts.

Required skills

• Knowledge of multimodal logistics services (land, sea, air, last‑mile).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial management tools.
• Ability to prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Interpretation of sales and profitability indicators.
• Understanding of import/export processes and international logistics (preferred).
