Architect – Renovation & Construction Projects

About the role

The Architect will join EDISOL’s on‑site team in Pavas to create and oversee architectural designs for renovation and new construction projects. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, detail‑oriented solutions that meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation for renovation and construction works.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is correctly implemented.
• Supervise on‑site activities, monitor progress, and address any design or construction issues.
• Manage project schedules, track milestones, and support punctual delivery of projects.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and quality specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in architectural design for renovation or structural projects.
• Strong project‑management skills, including planning, scheduling, and team coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Pavas and communicate effectively with construction teams and clients.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to safety and quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms and design workflow integration.
• Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations.
