About the role

CallGradeIQ is looking for experienced sales professionals to set appointments with decision makers at US auto dealerships. This is a remote, hard‑cold‑calling position with a strong focus on performance.

Key responsibilities

Make high‑volume cold calls to US auto dealership decision makers.
Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
Utilise LinkedIn, social media and AI tools to research prospects and enhance outreach.

Required profile

Previous sales experience in a performance‑based environment.
Clear, natural American English for phone conversations.
Thick skin, coachable attitude and ability to handle frequent rejections.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.

Required skills

Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for prospecting.
Proficient with AI tools to support daily work.
