About the role

The client is a growing financial services firm that helps individuals plan for retirement. As an Appointment Setter you will handle inbound and warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for financial advisors. The role demands confidence, empathy, and a strong focus on follow‑up to ensure high show‑up rates.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors in retirement‑related conversations, qualify prospects, and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm scheduled meetings and track attendance.
• Update lead and appointment status in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to reduce no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Represent the brand professionally, answer basic questions, and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call‑center environments.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and discussing sensitive retirement topics.
• Goal‑driven, resilient, and performance‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM system.
