About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Appointment Setter to join a health‑tech and nutrition company that provides science‑based guidance for individuals with chronic digestive conditions. The role involves being the first human contact for leads, guiding them through educational resources and moving them toward our programs.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads who have registered for webinars, encouraging attendance and following up with those who missed the session.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not scheduled a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who stayed until the pitch but did not book a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• Maintain accurate records in Close CRM, tracking lead status and ensuring no prospect is overlooked.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets (approximately 150+ calls) and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.
• Exceptional English verbal skills with the ability to sound natural to a US‑based audience.
• Warm, bubbly, and patient demeanor capable of building immediate rapport with an older demographic.
• Resilience to handle a high‑volume, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Close CRM.

What we offer

• Full‑time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST.
• Hourly pay of $7–$8 plus bonuses/commissions.
