About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to contact inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors. This performance‑based position offers high earning potential through commission on qualified, attended appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Speak with seniors about retirement‑related topics, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for advisors.
• Confirm appointments to ensure high attendance rates.
• Track scheduled appointments and attendance, updating lead status in Go High Level.
• Follow up with prospects to reduce no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Act as a professional brand representative, answer basic questions, guide prospects, and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or other call‑based roles.
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive conversations.
• Resilient, goal‑driven, and performance‑oriented.
• Organized with consistent follow‑up.

Required skills

• Go High Level (or similar CRM) proficiency.
