Appointment Setter – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing financial services firm that helps individuals plan for retirement. The role involves contacting inbound and warm leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings with financial advisors. Candidates must communicate fluently in English throughout their shift.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors on retirement‑related topics, qualify them and book appointments for advisors.
• Confirm scheduled meetings and strive for high show‑up rates.
• Track appointments, update lead status and attendance in the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to minimise no‑shows and maintain accurate notes.
• Represent the brand professionally, answer basic questions and handle objections calmly.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales or call‑center environments.
• Comfortable speaking with senior clients and discussing sensitive retirement topics.
• Goal‑driven, resilient and organized with consistent follow‑up.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
