About the role

The client is a growing financial services firm that helps individuals plan for retirement. As an Appointment Setter you will handle inbound and warm leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for financial advisors. The role demands strong communication, empathy, and a results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and warm leads generated by the company.
• Engage seniors in conversations about retirement and assess their needs.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for financial advisors.
• Confirm scheduled meetings and work to maximise show‑up rates.
• Track appointments, update lead status in the GoHighLevel CRM, and maintain accurate notes.
• Handle basic questions, guide prospects through next steps, and manage objections professionally.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales support, or call‑center environments.
• Comfortable speaking with senior clients and discussing sensitive retirement topics.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform.
