Android Engineer, AI/ML (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is hiring an Android Engineer focused on AI/ML, working remotely. The role combines Android engineering with deep AI/ML knowledge, building net-new products in a startup where the approach is AI-native rather than AI-assisted. You will work with multi-agent frameworks alongside Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, owning features from a one-page requirement to production.

Key responsibilities

• Build Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with deep AI/ML integration.
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI or other open-source agent frameworks.
• Own end-to-end feature delivery from product requirements through to production.
• Contribute across web or backend layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Work across several concurrent net-new product initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a one-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort in unfamiliar codebases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
