Analyst, Channel Operations Model N (11‑month contract)

About the role

The Channel Operations Analyst supports daily operational activities for Baxter's Medical Products and US Hospital Products divisions, handling complex requests and assisting with the migration to Model N.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly and daily activities according to the operational calendar to meet SLA requirements.
• Support Model N migration and stabilization, including UAT, data validation, defect tracking, documentation, hyper‑care and post‑go‑live support.
• Partner with IT, Sales, Contracts Management and other stakeholders to identify gaps, validate system outputs and escalate risks.
• Utilize Model N, Excel, JDEdwards, Cognos, Outlook and SharePoint to resolve operational issues and errors.
• Prepare weekly/monthly data uploads and maintain SOPs, job aids and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in commercial, finance, contract or pricing operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Model N and system migration activities.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; experience with AS400 and ERP systems such as JDE Oracle is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.
