Analyst, BES, PTP, Buying Center (5‑month contract)

About the role

This temporary analyst position supports Bacardi’s global procurement function, focusing on purchase order processing, vendor data maintenance and PTP performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders for all indirect procurement categories.
• Generate and follow up on Good Receipts for corresponding purchase orders.
• Monitor Procure‑to‑Pay KPIs and propose actions to maintain performance.
• Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including training and support.
• Maintain vendor master data and manage invoice backlog.
• Lead regular market review meetings to present KPI results.
• Support PTP migration tasks and system‑related queries.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

• Strong teamwork spirit and proactive communication.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work independently.

Required skills

• ERP knowledge – SAP preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
• Analytical thinking for issue resolution and data reporting.
• English proficiency (intermediate level).
• 6 months to 1 year experience with Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
