About the role

The Inventory and Logistics Analyst will ensure the accuracy and reliability of both physical and theoretical inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and operational supplies. By conducting physical counts, analyzing variances, and controlling movements within the cooperative’s systems, the analyst supports timely decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute physical inventory counts and validate consistency between physical stock and system records.
• Analyze inventory differences and manage adjustments to maintain accurate data.
• Investigate root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Validate production entries, purchases, and inventory movements using SAP and WMS traceability.
• Analyze dispatch claim differences and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Prepare indicators, reports, and analyses with technological tools to aid decision‑making.
• Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory control.
• Adhere to quality, safety, sustainability, and occupational health guidelines.

Required profile

• Technical education in Logistics, Accounting, Inventory or a related field.
• Desirable university degree in Administration or related studies.
• Minimum three years of experience in inventory control and physical counting.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Effective communication, organization, and collaborative work orientation.
