About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive first‑time advertiser onboarding and ensure campaign success through insightful reporting and measurement. You will work closely with sales and creative teams to launch and optimise high‑impact advertising campaigns across Amazon’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales account teams to design media strategies and identify performance‑boosting opportunities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, cross‑product forecasting, and advertiser education on placement options.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers and Ad Operations to guarantee accurate campaign booking and setup.
  • Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
  • Provide optimisation recommendations and product expansion insights through cross‑channel forecasts and media proposals.
  • Support prospecting efforts with inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
  • Act as a measurement consultant, setting up and analysing campaign metrics against client KPIs.
  • Deliver mid‑campaign and post‑campaign reporting, highlighting opportunities for performance improvement.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering friction‑free advertiser experiences.
  • High operational excellence to ensure campaigns launch on schedule and meet expectations.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work as an extension of sales, creative, and operations teams.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
