Airport Greeter – Welcome Guests at Liberia Airport

About the role

Join TUI Musement’s team in Liberia, Costa Rica as an Airport Greeter. You will be the first friendly face our guests meet, delivering premium service while supporting destination sales and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional meet‑and‑greet experience at Liberia Airport.
• Give clear information on transfers, itineraries, safety guidelines and TUI experiences.
• Coordinate arrivals and departures with transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct welcome meetings at selected hotels, assisting guests with all necessary information.
• Represent TUI with energy, cultural awareness and professionalism, creating a memorable first impression of Costa Rica.

Required profile

• Positive, team‑oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills with international guests, calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
• Eagerness to learn TUI’s products, services and relevant technology.
• Fully conversational in English and legal residency in Costa Rica.

• Starting gross salary of 516,566 CRC per month plus commission.
