Air Logistics Specialist – Arrange Handover

About the role

As an Air Logistics Specialist within Kuehne+Nagel Global Services, you will ensure the smooth handover of import cargo information to third‑party agents, supporting customs release and final delivery. Your work directly contributes to timely air‑freight operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate documentation to third‑party agents in line with air‑freight schedules.
• Track shipment readiness and meet broker cut‑off times.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Follow safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and customer‑specific handling instructions.
• Identify risks early and take corrective actions to sustain service standards.
• Adhere to SOPs, toolkits, and company guidelines to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma (minimum); Bachelor’s degree or relevant freight‑forwarding experience preferred.
• Availability for overtime, holidays, and rotating shifts (day, night, mixed).
• Team‑player with a goal‑oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
