AI Marketing & Outreach Specialist

About the role

Vertu Agent is seeking an AI‑savvy Marketing & Outreach Specialist to accelerate organic growth, lead generation and customer engagement. The role blends AI‑assisted content creation, CRM management and marketing automation to scale outreach efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Publish, schedule and manage content on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit and other platforms.
• Repurpose existing assets into posts, email campaigns and outreach materials using AI tools.
• Manage, segment and nurture leads within HubSpot, Intercom and similar CRMs.
• Build, launch and optimise automated campaigns and workflows.
• Conduct lead research and execute personalised outreach, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Use AI tools for content creation, research, messaging, summarisation and workflow improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to boost engagement and conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes and pipeline activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, lead generation or marketing operations.
• Curious and comfortable testing new ideas, analysing results and iterating quickly.
• Strong ownership of projects and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1‑C2 preferred).
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper or HeyGen.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Intercom or Klaviyo CRM platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Ability to create and manage content on LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Reddit.
