Agile Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to lead delivery excellence across complex, multi‑workstream initiatives. The role blends Scrum Master and Program Manager responsibilities, ensuring agile teams operate efficiently while managing cross‑team dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Drive program execution across multiple teams, aligning work with business objectives.
• Identify, track and communicate cross‑team and cross‑vendor dependencies.
• Establish program governance, maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and status reports.
• Proactively manage risks and impediments, coordinating mitigation and escalation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Architects, Engineering teams and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide transparent stakeholder communication, executive status reporting and delivery dashboards.
• Utilize Jira and other Agile tools to monitor progress and maintain visibility.
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimisation across teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum or SAFe environments.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile practices.
• Proven ability to manage inter‑team dependencies and multi‑vendor projects.
• Excellent risk identification, assessment and mitigation skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive‑level status reports.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across business, technology and vendor groups.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Jira.
• Experience with Agile planning and reporting tools.
