Agentic Product Designer - Remote - Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and contribute to daily design and development activities.
• Lead end‑to‑end design initiatives from discovery and research through high‑fidelity prototypes and handoff.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Build, scale and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and AI/ML teams in an agile environment.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design tools.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design and usability best practices.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum teams.
