After School Instructional Provider (TK-12)

About the role

The Expanded Learning Site is seeking an After School Instructional Provider to deliver high‑quality instruction and supervision for students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. Working under the direction of the Expanded Learning Site Supervisor, you will help create a safe, engaging, and educational after‑school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and implement after‑school program activities in line with Expanded Learning Program requirements.
• Deliver assigned instructional lessons to TK‑12 students.
• Supervise students throughout the after‑school period, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with site staff to plan and adjust curriculum and activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, instruction, and any incidents.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 48 college units completed or successful completion of the district’s proficiency test.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license or state/federal identification.
• CPR and First Aid certification desirable.

Required skills

• Ability to follow instructional guidelines and supervise groups of children.
